How It Works
We take care of absolutely everything — from the moment we arrive to the moment we leave. All you need to do is enjoy watching your students create!
From Enquiry to Done
Six simple steps — and we handle five of them.
Choose Your Workshop & Book
Browse our full list of workshops, pick the one that suits your class and stage, and get in touch to lock in your date. Pricing is set — no quotes needed.
We work with your school's schedule and can accommodate multiple classes in a single day. Our team will confirm everything with you directly.
We Arrive & Set Up
Our art educator arrives 45 minutes before the session starts to unload and fully set up right in your classroom — no disruption to your school day.
From specialised materials and equipment to protective setups and safety protocols, every detail is handled efficiently before your students walk in. No deposit, no prep work required from you.
We Deliver the Workshop
Each 90-minute session is structured, engaging, and curriculum-aligned — refined over 15 years of classroom experience.
Introduction and technique demonstration (15 mins) → Guided hands-on creation (60 mins) → Review, pack-down and full clean-up (15 mins). Our educator manages the class, the pacing, and the creative process from start to finish.
We Pack Up — Completely
When the workshop wraps up, our educator packs up every last bit of mess. Your classroom is left exactly as we found it — clean, tidy, and ready for the rest of the day.
No cleaning up for teachers or students. We bring all materials, we pack all materials, and we leave the space spotless.
Resources & Follow-Up
After every workshop, the supervising teacher receives a hard copy of the full lesson plan plus extension activities — so the learning continues long after we leave.
A final invoice is generated within 24 hours based on the actual number of participating students. We also send a quick feedback survey to ensure quality and gather your input.
